EMPLOYEES’ PENSION SCHEME (EPS), 1995
(1) This Portal is for the benefit of employees / ex-employees to take an informed decision for exercising option for higher pension under Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995 in view of the Hon’ble Supreme Court Order dated 04/11/2022.
(2) The following categories of employees of HAL shall only register in this Portal: (a) Superannuated / Optional Retired / Medical Terminated ex-employees, etc. who were members of EPS ’95 and had attained 58 years of age on or after 01/09/2014 while in the service of the Company. (b) Resigned employees who were members of EPS ’95 and had resigned after attaining the age of 58 years on or after 01/09/2014. (c) Serving employees who are members of EPS’95.
(3) All other categories of ex-employees may get in touch with the HR Dept. of the last Division / Office of posting for clarifications, if any.
